Problem: What are the different types of installations we can do with enterprise-spinnaker helm chart

Solution:
1. Gitops style installation

Spinnaker configuration stored in a repo (stash/github/s3) and using halyard spinnaker will be configured

2. Non gitops style installation

Spinnaker will be installed and configured with default configuration present in values.yaml
