Problem                     : Cloud driver is not able to connect to redis cause ssl connection issue 

Solution                     : redis.yml is located in halyard pod at service-setting folder the same data will be also located in the /home/spinnaker/.hal/default/profiles/orca-local.yml. where is causes the conflict. To resolve this place redis info in the orca-local.yml and remove redis.yml in the /home/spinnaker/.hal/default/service-settings/ folder.
