Issue: Clouddriver logs are showing connection failed error.

Resolution:
   1. Check the halyard configuration (dockerRegistry section in hal/config)
   2. Check the clouddriver logs
   3. If logs say connection failed, check the URL for your Registry and its connection to and from the kubernetes cluster. (If using istio in registry mode, make sure you add the service entry of the image registry (FQDN))

Issue: Clouddriver-caching shows no error

Resolution:

a) Wait for sometime, the tags show up after a long time, sometimes after 12 hours

b) Look at the number of cacheThreads for the account in .hal/config for this particular docker account.

c) If the number of repos is large and the number images in these repos is large, we need to increase the number of threads accordingly.
